Yeagley To Speak in Ft. Wayne

Bloomington, Ind. - Indiana University head men's soccer coach Jerry Yeagley will be the keynote speaker at the 11th Annual Fort Wayne Sports Corporation Banquet on Oct. 1. The event honors groups, organizations or individuals that have helped further the quality of life through sports locally.
The banquet program is set for 7 p.m. with a cocktail hour to preceed the event at 6 p.m. at the Memorial Coliseum in the Appleseed Room. Tickets to the banquet are available to the public by contacting the Ft. Wayne Sports Commission at (260) 461-6153 or by email at FWSportsCorp@hotmail.com. RSVPs need to be made by Wednesday, Sept. 25.
Yeagley is one of the most prominent figures in the sport of soccer as he has built the Indiana soccer program into one of the nation's elite over the last 30 years. He has guided the Hoosiers to five national title and 15 College Cup apperances, including the last five. Yeagley is college soccer's winningest active coach with 516 career wins and needs just 29 more to become the career victories leader.
