Indiana Receives Top 25 Votes

Bloomington, Ind. - Off to one of its best starts in school history with an 11-3 overall record, the Indiana volleyball program, under the direction of 10th-year head coach Katie Weismiller, has broken into the USA Today/AVCA Coaches Top 25 poll for the week of September 30. In this week's poll, Indiana was among 15 schools that fell outside of the top 25 who received top 25 votes. The Hoosiers received a total of five votes, ranking them 37th among all Division I schools. In addition, early this season Indiana defeated Ohio State and Louisville, who are ranked 16th and 35th, respectively, in this week's poll.

This week, Indiana travels to Ann Arbor, Mich., on Friday to take on the Michigan Wolverines and the Hoosiers will face 22nd-ranked Michigan State in East Lansing on Saturday night.
