Last Week
The Hoosiers were swept twice last week against both No. 26 Illinois and No. 45 Purdue.
Indiana's line up was once again depleted by injuries as they only played five singles players against the Illini. Sophomore Dominika Walterova and junior Martina Grimm both missed the singles portion of the match with injuries.
The only team to pick up wins against both Illinois and Purdue was the Hoosiers No. 2 doubles duo of Grimm and freshman Sarah Batty. They downed Eklov and Fazlic of Illinois, 8-6, and Wright and Zucczrini of Purdue, 8-7. The wins upped the duo's mark to 21-11 overall and 6-4 in the Big Ten.
