SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Students with a valid student ID can enjoy a steak dinner with Indiana basketball coach Mike Davis in South Bend on May 9 and help youth served by the Boys & Girls Clubs and Big Brothers Big Sisters organizations in St. Joseph County at the same time.Coach Davis will be the keynote speaker at Coming Together for Kids, a dinner benefiting Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County and Big Brothers Big Sisters. The dinner will be held at Indiana University South Bend's Student Activities Center on Friday, May 9, at 7:00 p.m.
Organizers of Coming Together for Kids have created a special "student section" at the event. Student tickets are $25 each. Student tickets must be reserved and paid for in advance, and students must show a valid student ID (from any school) at the event.
Presented by Wells Fargo, Coming Together for Kids will also feature steak dinners prepared by Outback Steakhouse, another sponsor of the event.
