Gray-Ashley Academically Ineligible

Bloomington, Ind. - Indiana freshman forward Jessan Gray-Ashley has been declared academically ineligible for the second semester, IU head coach Mike Davis announced today. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act does not allow the University to comment further on the student-athletes' academic status.

A 6-10 native of Davenport, Iowa, Gray-Ashley has appeared in seven games this season, averaging 0.6 points and 0.6 rebounds per game. He posted a season-high two points each at Wake Forest and at Notre Dame.
