BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The start time for the Oct. 23 Indiana at No. 23 Ohio State game is 11 a.m. EST/Noon EDT the Big Ten Conference announced Monday. The game will be televised live on ESPN Plus Regional. Check local listings for the availability of the game in your viewing area.
The game will also be carried live on the IU Radio Network with Don Fischer (play-by-play), Dan Thompson (color) and Joe Smith (pregame, halftime, post-game).
The Hoosiers are idle this weekend before heading to Columbus next Saturday. IU will look to return to its winning ways after dropping a close 31-24 decision on the road to Northwestern Oct. 9.
This will be the 90th meeting between the two teams. The Hoosiers will play their second road game in a row and third ranked opponent this season.
Senior wide receiver Courtney Roby finished the Northwestern game with eight catches for 150 yards. With his eighth catch in overtime, he broke Thomas Lewis' (1991-93) school-record career reception mark of 148. The Indianapolis, Ind., native now has 149 for his career. He is 69 receiving yards shy of owing the school record for a career in that category.
Senior signal caller Matt LoVecchio finished with a career-high 27 completions on a career-high 50 attempts and a career-high 329 passing yards versus the Wildcats. He also matched a career high with three touchdown passes.
In addition to his 57 yards rushing, LoVecchio finished with 386 yards of total offense. His total was the sixth-highest single-game total yardage in IU history. It was also the third-highest total in Indiana's Big Ten history and the highest total in a Big Ten game by someone other than Antwaan Randle El.
