Stone Downed in Conso Semis

MADISON, Wisc. - Indiana junior John Stone lost in the semifinals of the first round consolation bracket at the Big Ten Singles Championship on the campus of the University of Wisconsin. The Greenwood, Ind., native was defeated, 6-3, 6-3, by Steve Peretz of Michigan on Monday morning.
The Hoosiers have finished their fall slate of matches and will open the spring campaign on Saturday, Jan. 22, at Notre Dame.
