Terry Hoeppner Show Set To Air On Tape Delay Basis

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.Due to technical difficulties at WHCC-FM 105.1, the flagship station of the Indiana University Athletics Radio Network, The Terry Hoeppner Show did not air at its regularly scheduled time on Oct. 31. Those technical issues have since been resolved, and the show will air on a tape delay basis on Nov. 1 at 6 p.m.

James Hardy collected a pair of touchdown receptions at Michigan State (10/29), giving him 10 on the season. He is now tied for second on the school's single-season list, three scores behind Ernie Jones total of 13 in 1987. Hardy also sits tied for eighth nationally with his 10 scoring receptions. He is the first IU receiver since Jones (1987) to catch at least one touchdown in seven of his first eight games, and he has caught two touchdown passes on three separate occasions this season.
Quarterback Blake Powers and Hardy broke into Indiana's top 10 single-season passing and receiving lists, respectively, in several categories at Michigan State (10/29). In addition to adding to his school-record touchdown total (21) with one scoring toss, Powers completed 20 passes in 35 attempts and now sits sixth with 165 completions and ninth with 290 attempts on the year. Along with moving into a tie for second with 10 touchdowns this season, Hardy caught eight balls for 77 yards and is now third on the single-season list with 56 receptions and fifth with 848 yards.
