IU Hosts Purdue in Old Oaken Bucket Game

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Nov. 19 Purdue at Indiana Old Oaken Bucket football game will kick off at 1 p.m. ET from Memorial Stadium (52,354). The game will be broadcast live by ESPN 360.
• Linebacker Kyle Killion secured 13 stops, while safety Will Meyers and cornerback Leslie Majors contributed 10 apiece at Michigan. Majors reached the 10-tackle benchmark for the first time in his career. Killion's 13 tackles matched a career high and his 12 solo stops are a new career best. The senior moved into the top spot on the team with 79 tackles this season, and he now has 15 career double-digit tackles games. Since moving back to the middle prior to the Minnesota game (11/5) after an injury to John Pannozzo, Killion has compiled 23 tackles and moved into 10th in the Big Ten with 7.9 tackles per game.
• Sophomore Blake Powers connected with junior wideout Jahkeen Gilmore on a 42-yard touchdown pass at the 11:57 mark in the first quarter at Michigan (11/12). It was Powers' fifth touchdown pass over 40 yards this season and the third-longest score of Gilmore's career.
• James Hardy, who also is a walk-on forward on the IU basketball team, caught two touchdown passes at Wisconsin (10/1) and versus Illinois (10/8). The last IU player to corral two scores in back-to-back ballgames was Jerry Dorsey (1999) at Iowa (10/23) and versus Michigan (10/30). In addition, Hardy's 10 touchdowns are fourth among all freshmen nationally.
• Senior offensive guard Adam Hines made his 44th consecutive start and senior defensive end Victor Adeyanju made his 43rd straight start at Michigan (11/12). Here is a look at the Hoosiers' top consecutive start streaks since 1999.

• Victor Adeyanju continues to be a dominant force at left defensive end for the Hoosiers. The senior added to his team-leading totals with one sack and one tackle for loss at Michigan (11/12) while also securing the fifth forced fumble of his career. Adeyanju owns 6.5 sacks, which is fifth in the Big Ten, and 11 tackles for loss this season, which is fourth in the league.
