Opening Statement:
TS: "Indiana came out ready to play and was much more aggressive than we were. Marco Killingsworth was very physical inside and forced us to (double-team him). When he was guarded, he found the open man for the shot. (A.J.) Ratliff also played very well and (Indiana) was really able to control the tempo of the game. This was a tough loss for us. I thought that we had corrected a few things after the Georgia State game. We wanted to go inside more, and we did, but we were not able to get a response. My hat goes off to Indiana."
On Kentucky's lack of a big-man and having to guard Marco Killingsworth:
TS: "It makes your team a lot better when you have a big man down low with confidence. It opens up outside shots and makes everybody else more effective."
On Kentucky's efforts over the course of the game:
TS: "The team continued to play hard but they did not play very smart. There were times when there was a loose ball and we couldn't pick it up. (Indiana) was able to control the game, get second shots and put them back in."
