Thirteen Hoosiers Named Academic-All Big Ten

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - A program record 13 Indiana field hockey players earned Academic All-Big Ten honors as announced by the conference office on Dec. 7. For the second straight fall season, Indiana leads the league in Academic All-Conference selections. Field hockey's 13 selections surpasses last year's total of 11 as the most Hoosier hockey players to garner the distinction.
All six of IU's seniors, Morgan Albini, Kayla Bashore, Nikki Orciuch, Mallory Reabold, Lesley Wiler and Ryan Woolsey, were named to Indiana's long list of deserving honorees. Additionally, juniors Morgan Miller, Lydia Schrott and Rachel Telian were selected for the second straight season of their careers. Sophomores Haley Exner, Erin Isler, Frederique Meeuwsen and Margie Stoll picked up their first conference academic accolade as Hoosiers.
In six years, head coach Amy Robertson has mentored an impressive 57 Academic All-Big Ten honorees.
