What's In My Bag? - Aaron Knapp
3/2/2005 12:00:00 AM | Men's Golf
IUHOOSIERS.com recently asked each member of the Indiana men's golf team what clubs they carry around the links. In the upcoming weeks, each IU golfer will let us take a look inside what is in their bags. Aaron Knapp, a 5-11 walk-on freshman from Columbus, Ind., is up next.
Overall
I like the set up I have right now. I've had almost all of my clubs for over a year now.
Putter
I switched to a TaylorMade Mezza Monza about a year ago for its soft feel and the look it has at address.
Woods
I have a Titleist 983K with a Graffaloy Prolite shaft, stiff flex. I use a Titleist 930 3-wood with a rifle shaft. I just put a Callaway 5-wood in my bag - RCH 90 s-flex.
Irons
I've used my Mizuno MP-30/MP-33 combo set for over a year. I like the forgiving long irons with the blade short irons.
Wedges
I use 52- and 58-degree Titleist Vokey wedges. They allow me the edge needed around the greens.
Ball
I use the ProV1x for its feel and durability.
