Roberson named All-State (3-29-05)

The Indianapolis, Ind., product had a stellar senior season as she averaged 18.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 5.8 steals per game in leading Cathedral High School to a No. 2 ranking in Class 4A. The Irish finished with a 24-2 record and earned the sectional championship title.
Roberson was a top finalist for the 2005 Miss Indiana Basketball award and earned a spot as one of the No. 1 players for this year's Jermaine O'Neal Super Shootout. The event, which will be played April 9 at Conseco Fieldhouse, is an all-star basketball doubleheader that features boys and girls games pitting teams of high school seniors from the Circle City against Marion County.
In 2004, Roberson led the Irish to a 20-4 record during her junior year while averaging 14.8 points, 7.7 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game. Roberson was a major asset to Cathedral, who also won the city championship. In addition, she garnered first team Indianapolis City Tournament honors and earned second team Indianapolis Star North and Indiana Junior All-Stars accolades. The 5-10 forward also played for Indiana's finest AAU team that won the National Tournament Championship at the 2004 Junior Olympics in Des Moines, Iowa.
