Penn Relays Underway

Philadelphia, Pa.-- In the first day of action at the 111th annual Penn Relays, three Hoosier distance runners took the track, as Marcus Aguilar and Chris Honig and Tom Burns all turned in solid performances on Thursday. In the 3,000m steeplechase, Aguilar and Honig finished with season best times of 9:12.62 and 9:16.53, respectively. Aguilar's time put him fifth overall, while Honig captured a ninth-place finish.

Burns, who ran the first 5,000m of his career, clocked in an impressive time of 14:27.80.
