Hoeppner Part of Gridiron Series

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana head coach Terry Hoeppner will be a keynote speaker at one of the six 2005 KeyBank Gridiron Legends Luncheons hosted by the College Football Hall of Fame in South Bend, Ind. The first-year IU mentor will appear on Thursday, June 30, at the fourth luncheon of the set. The series runs from April to August and includes six events.
Since Hoeppner's arrival as Indiana head football coach on Dec. 17, 2004, next year's Hoosier season tickets have been sold at a record pace. On May 9, IU surpassed its entire 2004 public season ticket sales total with nearly 11,000 season tickets sold.
The Cream and Crimson will open its fall slate of games at Central Michigan, Sept. 2, in Mount Pleasant, Mich. Kick off for the season-opener is set for 7:30 p.m.
All of the luncheons will begin at 11:30 a.m. and finish at approximately 1:15 p.m. Individual tickets are on sale for $35 while tables of eight are available for $270. For more information or to purchase tickets, contact the Hall of Fame at 574-235-9999.
