Five Questions With Blake Powers

Sophomore quarterback Blake Powers enters the 2005 campaign as the only signal caller on the roster that saw game action during the 2004 season. He appeared in six games during the 2004 season and was 2-of-3 for 10 yards in the first game of the season against Central Michigan. Against Illinois, the Brandenburg, Ky., product completed three passes for a career-high 41 yards. Following spring drills in 2004, Powers was named the team's Most Outstanding Freshman for his performance.
