Indiana Football Kickoff Party Set for Aug. 29

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University alumni and fans will have the opportunity to hear head coach Terry Hoeppner preview the Hoosiers' 2005 season at the IU Football Kickoff Party on Monday, Aug. 29 from 5-7 p.m. at the tent behind the Virgil T. DeVault Alumni Center, 1000 East 17th Street in Bloomington.

The program gets underway at 5:45 p.m., and in addition to Hoeppner, IU President Adam Herbert, IU Alumni Association President and CEO Ken Beckley and Athletics Director Rick Greenspan will address the crowd. The Marching Hundred and IU Cheerleaders will help lead the Hoosier spirit, and fans will have the opportunity to purchase IU apparel.
