How have your first few months in Bloomington been so far?
My first few months have been quite busy with all of the recruiting and moving into a new house in the middle of our recruiting period. It has also been a very exciting time because of all the changes going on in the women's basketball program.
What are you most looking forward to this season?
Opening the season against the defending National champion Baylor University in Assembly Hall.
What is your coaching style/philosophy?
I like an up tempo style of play that really gets the fans involved in the game. Full court pressing and half court trapping defenses that creates steals and easy baskets.
What can you say about the other members of the coaching staff?
They work hard and love to have fun. We are like a big family where everyone is working towards a common goal. Coming into the office is always an adventure with this staff!!!
