Fagan Takes 23rd on Three-Meter at Nationals

HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. - Rising junior Ryan Fagan finished in 23rd place on the three-meter with a score of 283.62 at the 2005 Speed Diving National Championships in Huntersville, N.C.
Fagan opened up with a 42.78 on a forward three-and-a-half somersault pike. He followed that up with a huge 60.30 on a forward two-and-a-half somersault with a twist pike. In the third round, Fagan notched s 44.10 on a backward two-and-a-half somersault pike. In the fourth round, he posted a 36.00 on a reverse two-and-a-half somersault pike. He continued in the sixth round with a 42.84 on a backward one-and-a-half somersault with two-and-a-half twists. Fagan then closed out the day with a 57.60 on an inward two-and-a-half somersault pike.
