Q&A With Lauren Ditteon

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - IUHOOSIERS.com recently asked the 2005 Indiana Volleyball squad a series of questions. The fifth in the series is sophomore outside hitter Lauren Ditteon.

What has been your favorite class at IU and why?
I loved my French 150 class last year! I enjoyed learning how to say new things.

Why did you choose to come to IU?
I really liked the school and it was close to home.

What do you plan to do when you complete collegiate competition?
I am going to grad school and then may be become a college coach.

If you could see any band in concert, which one would you see?
Garth Brooks

What three people, living or not, would you most like to have dinner with?
My Grandpa Ditteon, Uncle Larry and Pope John Paul II.

Are you superstitious about anything in your sport?
I have always had a weird thing about my shoe laces. If one breaks after the season has started I don't like to replace it. I just tape it back together.
