Indiana-Purdue Game Date and Time Set

PARK RIDGE, Ill. - The Big Ten Conference and ESPN announced the dates, times and television information for the men's wildcard games of Feb. 28, March 1 and March 2. The Indiana men's basketball team will play archrival Purdue at Mackey Arena in West Lafayette, Ind., on March 1, 2006 at 8 p.m. ESPN Plus Local will televise the contest.

A half point will be on the line in the AT&T Crimson and Gold Cup when the two foes meet on the hardwood. The men's basketball team secured a half point with a 62-49 victory over the Boilermakers on Jan. 21, in Assembly Hall. IU currently leads the head-to-head matchup with Purdue, 5-3. The Hoosiers are aiming for their second straight AT&T Crimson and Gold Cup title.

The start time for the Hoosiers' March 4 contest at Michigan will be released no later than Monday, Feb. 27.
