Hoosiers Host Second Annual Winter Soccer Camp

The Indiana women's soccer program will host its second annual Winter Soccer Camp from Jan. 19-21, 2007, at Mellencamp Pavilion on the campus of Indiana University. Girls ages 5-12 and boys ages 5-10 are welcome to attend the camp, where they will take part in skill instruction and fun soccer competitions.
Indiana women's soccer assistant coaches Ian Rickerby and Erika Flanders will head the soccer camp this year, and they will be assisted by players from both the IU men's and women's soccer teams. The cost of the camp is $80 for the four, two-hour sessions over a three-day period.
Children from any area may attend the camp. The goal of the camp is to give children a picture of how to perform the skills that are taught and to know what they can do to improve their skills. Please contact Flanders at 812-856-1481 or eflander@indiana.edu for more information.
