Indiana Leads Big Ten In Fall Academic All-Conference Selections

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - For the second straight fall season, Indiana University Athletics leads the league in Academic All-Big Ten Conference selections. A total of 71 Hoosier student-athletes in men's and women's cross country, men's and women's soccer, volleyball, field hockey and football were named Academic All-Conference, the Big Ten office announced on Dec. 7. IU and Penn State each have 71 honorees, as 603 student-athletes were recognized from around the league.
In addition to the Academic All-Big Ten honor, Indiana kicker Kevin Trulock is one of nine Big Ten fall sports student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA.
