Indiana/Nevada Game Cancelled Due to Weather

OU/Nike Classic cut short due to freezing weather forecasted for Sunday, Feb. 19.

McKINNEY, Texas - The Indiana vs. Nevada game schedule for Sunday, Feb. 19 at Noon (EST) has been cancelled announced head coach Stacey Phillips today. Due to projected freezing temperatures, sleet and ice in McKinney, Texas, the Hoosiers will end play at the OU/Nike Classic early.

IU will continue its tournament schedule on Feb. 24-26, as it travels to Tampa, Fla., to play in the Louisville Slugger Tournament hosted by the University of South Florida. Indiana is set to face USF on Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m., followed by a match against Kent State at 6:30 p.m. On Feb. 25, Indiana will face Siena at 10:30 a.m. before beginning bracket play at 4 p.m. The consolation and championship games are scheduled for a 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. start, respectively, on Feb. 26.
