Earned his first collegiate title when he touched first in the 500 free against Purdue ... has dropped 15 seconds off his 500 free time since the beginning of the season.

A 16-time All-American ... paced Fairport to three state and section championships ... earned New York State Swimmer of the Year and Meet accolades as the 100 back and 200 free state champion his senior season ... snared a state title in the 100 back, as well as scored two relay crowns ... helped a pair of relays to state records his sophomore campaign ... took second place in the 50 back at the Junior National Championships in Orlando, Fla., while qualifying for finals four times ... Wendy's High School Heisman New York State Finalist ... secured spots at the U.S. Open and World Cup on the club circuit ... member of the National Honor Society ... served as vice president of Fairport's German National Honor Society ... garnered a berth on the High Honor Roll and in the Leo Club ... son of Terry and James Wood.
