AUSTIN, Texas - The Indiana men's swimming team concluded the 2006 American Short Course Championships in Austin, Texas, on March 4.
In the 200-yard backstroke, freshman Jeff Wood improved upon his prelim personal best with a 15th-place 1:51.39.
In the 1,650-yard freestyle, freshman Michael Son knocked 25 seconds off his career-low time with a 16:01.03, while sophomore Norman Ference posted a personal-best time of 16:11.37.
Next up, the Indiana men's swimming team will send swimmers to the Purdue Boiler-Make-It on March 5 at 11 a.m.
