Batty Set for Final Home Matches as a Hoosier

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana women's tennis senior Sarah Batty will play in her final two home matches of her Hoosier career this weekend against Minnesota on April 15 and Iowa on April 16. Both matches are slated for 10 a.m., and will take place at the Varsity Tennis Center, weather permitting.
While at Indiana, Batty garnered All-America doubles honors as a sophomore after compiling a record of 26-8 that included a trip to the NCAA Doubles Tournament. The Chesterfield, England native earned All-Big Ten laurels as a junior after amassing a 9-1 singles record against conference opponents. Batty, along with partner junior Laura McGaffigan, earned a trip to the prestigious All-American Tournament in Pacific Palisades, Calif., after claiming the ITA Summer National doubles title in 2005. In the classroom, Batty picked up Academic All-Conference honors twice in her career as a sport marketing and management major.
