Series Opener Postponed Due to Inclement Weather

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The series opener between the Indiana baseball team and Illinois slated for 1 p.m. on May 13 was postponed due in inclement weather in the Bloomington area. The game will be made up as part of a pair of doubleheaders on Sunday, May 14, and Monday, May 15.

First pitch for game one of the Sunday game is slated for noon with game two to follow. The first game of the Monday doubleheader will start at noon as well at Sembower Field. Game one of the Sunday doubleheader will be a nine-inning affair followed by a seven-inning contest. Monday's doubleheader will start with a seven-inning contest and a nine-inning battle in game two.
