Neville Advances at USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships

INDIANAPOLIS - Indiana track and field standout David Neville advanced to the semifinals in the 400m at the 2006 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships at IUPUI's Michael A. Carroll Track & Soccer Stadium on June 22.
A three-time All-American in the 400m, Neville claimed sixth place in the first round of the event with a time of 45.26. Neville advanced to Friday's semifinals. Should Neville advance in the semifinals, he will run in the finals on Saturday.
The Merrillville, Ind., native took third in the 400m at the 2006 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a personal-best time of 44.94 in addition to leading the Indiana 4x400m relay team to a fifth-place finish with a mark of 3:04.81.
