LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Former Indiana guard Bracey Wright scored 17 points, including a key free throw late in the game to help the Minnesota Timberwolves preserve a 91-83 victory over the Phoenix Suns in the Vegas Summer League on July 7. The Timberwolves are 1-1 in summer league action, and they face Portland on July 9 at 8 p.m. EDT.
The Pepsi Pro Summer League gets underway on July 10 in Orlando, as former Hoosier standouts Marco Killingsworth and George Leach will play for the Orlando Magic summer team. The Magic face the New Jersey Nets in their league opener.
