BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Senior All-American forward Lydia Schrott earned Indiana's first Big Ten Offensive Player of the Week honor of the season the conference announced on Sept. 11. The Quarryville, Pa., native netted two goals and notched a pair of assists in IU's three-win week.

In a 2-1 victory over Miami (Ohio) on Sept. 5, Schrott scored the Hoosiers' first goal of the game. Schrott then posted her third game-winning goal of the season in a 1-0 shutout over Ohio on Sept. 8. Schrott closed out the weekend on Sept. 9 with two assists in Indiana's 5-3 win over Radford. Additionally, Schrott leads the Hoosiers in goals and points.

Schrott, who needs nine points to become Indiana's first 100-point scorer in program history, earned her second weekly accolade of her career, as she was also honored on Aug. 29, 2005 for scoring the program's first hat trick against Northeastern.
