Hoosiers Win at Cincinnati Invitational

CINCINNATI, Ohio - Four Hoosiers won in singles action, while the doubles team of Dara McLoughlin and David Bubenicek earned their first win of the year at the Cincinnati Invitational in Ohio.
Bubenicek, Mak Kendall and Peter Antons each won their only singles matches of the day. Bubenicek defeated David Simon of Louisville 6-3, 6-1, while Kendall won 6-4, 7-5 over Michigan State's Brandon Kinkopf. Antons took Louisville's Tim Barnoud to a tiebreaker set, earning the 6-1, 3-6 (8) victory.
Paul Boskovich, in his first year with the Hoosiers, split a pair of singles matches. He defeated Pablo Camacho of Louisville in a well-earned 7-6, 4-6 (8) victory, while falling to Xavier's Brian Schubert 6-1, 6-2.
In doubles, McLoughlin and Bubenicek beat Louisville's Camacho and Chris Herrlinger 8-3.
