BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana women's basketball team spent the afternoon of Friday, Dec. 28 lending a hand at the Bloomington Shalom Community Center.

The Hoosiers spent their time transporting and organizing supplies to the center's different locations around Bloomington.

The Shalom Community Center is a safe, daytime resource for people experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Indiana will be back in action on Monday, Dec. 31, when they open the Big Ten season at Northwestern. Tip-off against the Wildcats is set for 3 p.m. ET and will be aired live on the Big Ten Network and on WHCC-FM 105.1.
