March 5, 1992 - Byron Bradley earned a place in Hoosier history with four home runs against Tri-State, setting a single-game record.
March 5, 2006 - IU's women's tennis team collected its first conference victory of the season with a victory over Penn State, 6-1. This was the beginning of a three-match stretch in which the Hoosiers were victorious over ranked opponents, including then-No. 68 Louisville, then-No. 22 Purdue, and then-No. 59 Illinois.
March 6, 1976 - The Hoosiers' men's basketball team defeated Ohio State 96-67 to clinch its fourth consecutive Big Ten Championship. With the win, Indiana also set a Big Ten record by winning its 37th consecutive Big Ten game, dating back to the 1974 season.
March 6, 2003 - Women's basketball player Angela Hawkins delivered a 17-rebound performance against Wisconsin, placing her fourth on the Indiana freshman record list.
March 10, 2006 - David Neville etched his name into the Hoosier indoor track and field history books with a 20.81 time in the 200-meters at the NCAA Championships.
