Jorge Campillo Featured on Golfweek TV

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana University sophomore Jorge Campillo is featured on the April 13 edition of Golfweek TV's popular "Off Campus With Lance Ringler" segment. The spot details the process of how the Caceres, Spain, native came to be a Hoosier, as well as the success that he has had since arriving in Bloomington.
The Big Ten Freshman of the Year in 2006, Campillo, who is currently ranked No. 16 in the nation, was interviewed at the Boilermaker Invitational on April 7-8. The feature, which can be viewed here , also features an interview with IU head coach Mike Mayer and discusses the careers of former Hoosiers and current PGA Tour players Shaun Micheel, Jeff Overton and Steve Wheatcroft.
Campillo and the Hoosiers will be looking for their third title of the spring this weekend at the 37th Kepler Intercollegiate. The event will be contested on the OSU Scarlet Course, a par-71, 7,454-yard layout, beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 14.
