Indiana Track and Field Adds Cardinal Invitational to Schedule

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana track and field team has added the Cardinal Invitational, hosted by the University of Louisville, to its schedule. The meet is set to take place Friday, April 20-Saturday, April 21, 2007, in Louisville.
The Hoosiers open competition at the Cardinal Invitational with the men's hammer throw at 3:30 p.m. ET on Friday. The women's hammer throw will follow at 5:30 p.m. that evening. The women's pole vault is first event on Saturday's schedule and is slated for noon, while running events begin at 2:15 p.m. with the women's 4x100-meter relay race.
Prior to the Hoosiers trip to Louisville, Indiana will compete in the Missouri Relays, Friday, April 13-Saturday, April 14, 2007, in Columbia, Mo.
