Hoosiers to Hold Fan Day Scrimmage on August 18

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana football team will hold its annual Fan Day, which includes its only public intrasquad scrimmage of the preseason, on Saturday, Aug. 18. Kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
"We have had a great first week of training camp," Indiana head coach Bill Lynch said. "I think our football team has looked crisp and focused. We are excited to compete in a controlled scrimmage to see where we stand, and we hope the Hoosier faithful will come out and join us."
The west stands will be open to the public. Following the scrimmage, players and coaches will be available for autographs and photographs. Additionally, fans will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for the 2007 season.
"We always enjoy the opportunity to meet with the fans and it is always a fun event," Lynch said.
