Softball Announces Fall Schedule

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Indiana softball team announced their 2007 fall schedule on Friday. The Hoosiers will make trips to Orland Park, Ill. and Terre Haute, Ind. before playing host to Ball State and Southern Indiana on Oct. 7.
On the weekend of Sept. 15 and 16, the Hoosiers will travel to the Chicago area for the Chicago Fall Classic Tournament in Orland Park, Ill. There, Indiana will open play against Indian Hills Community College and the University of Northern Iowa on the 15th. On the 16th, Indiana will return to the field to tangle with Illinois State and DePaul.
Two weeks later on Sept. 29, at the Indiana State University Tournament, the Hoosiers will play Indiana State, Evansville and IUPUI.
To conclude the fall season, Indiana will welcome Ball State and the University of Southern Indiana to Bloomington on Oct. 7 for a one day round robin tournament.
