Hoosiers Make Second Trip to Bloomington Hospital

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Three members of the Indiana women's basketball team, along with Director of Basketball Operations Stephanie Siler, took time out of their busy Big Ten schedule to visit patients at Bloomington Hospital on Friday, Jan. 4.
The trip was the second the team has made since Dec. 21. Freshmen Georgia Follmer and Andrea McGuirt, and junior Lydia Serfling spent an hour visiting with patients in the Pediatrics unit of Bloomington Hospital. The team has devoted the Big Ten portion of the season to children suffering from illnesses.
The Hoosiers (8-6, 1-1 Big Ten) return to action on Sunday, Jan. 6 when they host Illinois at 2 p.m. ET in Assembly Hall. Sunday's game is "Take a Kid to the Game" day.
