Women's Tennis Host Hoosier Classic This Weekend

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana University women's tennis team hosts the first of two home fall tournaments this weekend, the Hoosier Classic. Seven schools will compete in the event.
The playing field consists of Indiana, Indiana State, Mississippi State, Kansas State, Ohio State, Purdue and Vanderbilt. Singles competition will be played in a round-robin format. The doubles action is split into two separate eight-team draws. The remaining doubles duos will play a round-robin.
Play is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. each day with the tournament running through the weekend and concluding on Sunday. Admission is free to the public.
