LAST TIMES THESE TEAMS MET...
• After allowing two unanswered scores, Andy Adlard recorded his second game-winning goal in as many matches as the Hoosiers pulled off a 3-2 overtime victory at Ohio State on Oct. 26.
• With the game tied a 2 after 90 minutes of regulation, the teams entered the first golden goal overtime period. When Ohio State was called for a foul just outside the box, Adlard lined up a took a free kick just 1:19 into OT that sailed over the head of OSU goalkeeper Drew Czekanski and into the bottom left corner.
• It was Adlard's team-leading fifth goal of the season and his second-straight game winner after putting home a penalty kick in a 1-0 win over Louisville.
• It looked as though Indiana would have a clear path to victory when it took a 1-0 lead in the 48th minute with Lee Hagedorn's first goal of the season. Kevin Noschang got the ball in front of the net and a brief touch by an OSU player resulted in a turnover right to Hagedorn, who rolled the ball into the left side of the net.
• That goal broke a string of more than 265 minutes of scoreless action between the two schools in over their last three meetings.
• Noschang added his own score at 54:00 to make it 2-0 Indiana. Taking a ball played to him from Kevin Alston, Noschang ran up the left side and ran around Ohio State goalkeeper Drew Czekanski, who had come off his line, to slot it to the far right post. Noschang has three goals this season.

• The Buckeyes' Geoff Marsh clanged one off the cross bar in the 63rd minute and the ball bounced back into the field of play to keep OSU from putting home the game-tying score. It was Patrick Roan sending in a shot in the 75th minute that forced Cain to make a diving save to his right.
• Roan finally broke through with the game-tying goal at 76:14, putting home a shot to the far left post.

BRING ON THE TOP 25

• After struggling to find a role on the field last season, Adlard has taken to his midfield role and has been an active part of the Indiana offense.
• Adlard contributed the game-winning score in back-to-back victories over No. 13 Louisville (1-0) and at Ohio State (3-2 in OT).

• He added a pair of assists in a 2-0 win over No. 8 Northwestern on Nov. 7.

• After coming in off the bench in the first two matches, Adlard has started 16 straight.
• He leads the team with 24 on-goal looks.
• Adlard has also taken both of Indiana's penalty kick attempts this season, burying his shots against San Diego and Louisville.
