Castro Named to All-Big Ten Tournament Team

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Senior Dani Castro continues to rack up postseason accolades, adding two Big Ten honors to her list. Castro was named a member of the All-Big Ten Tournament team and won the Big Ten Sportsmanship Award.
Castro scored one of two Indiana goals in a first round loss to the eventual tournament champions, the Iowa Hawkeyes. Castro scored her third goal of the season off a penalty corner with assists from sophomores Kelsey Kiper and Katie Griswold.
Castro was also selected to play in the NFHCA Senior All-Star game in Louisville, Ky., on Nov. 22.
