PRINCETON, N.J. - In the first game against Wagner, the Indiana offense erupted for 16 goals, a season high, on its way to a 16-10 win over the Seahawks. IU scored six first quarter goals but led by just one goal. The offense continued in the second period, scoring four unanswered goals to take a 10-5 lead at the midway point.
While Wagner would outscore IU (4-5) in the third, 4-3, Indiana rebounded in the fourth to score three more goals to seal the victory.
Eight different Hoosiers scored in the win, led by Nicole Redder's four goals, topping her season total to that point. Maggie Hannon and Kelsey Campbell each added a hat trick to the IU offense.
