Women's Tennis NCAA Regional Match Preview

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The #30 Indiana University women's tennis team is heading to the NCAA Tournament once again, and has drawn the #39 Louisville Cardinals (16-7, 5-2 BIG EAST) in the first round. That match is scheduled for an 11 a.m. (EST) start on May 9, hosted by Northwestern in Evanston, Ill.

Probable Match-Ups and Complete Match Preview

If the Hoosiers are to advance, they would play the winner of the #1 Northwestern (23-1, 10-0 Big Ten) vs. Illinois-Chicago (16-5, 10-0 Horizon) match. That second round match is set for Saturday, May 10 at 1 p.m. eastern time. Louisville is making their first-ever trip to the NCAA Championships.

Indiana is looking for revenge as the Wildcats of Northwestern ended IU's run last season in the second round with a 4-1 besting in Evanston.
