COLUMBUS, Ohio - Indiana freshmen Devin Pipkin and Ben Stephen competed at the 2008 USA Junior Outdoor Track and Field National Championships at Jesse Owens Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, on June 20-22.
On Friday, Pipkin clocked a time of 10.79 to finish 14th in the first round of the 100-meters. He followed that up with a time of 22.43 to placed 16th in the prelims of the 200-meters on Saturday afternoon.
Stephen also competed on Saturday and finished fifth in the shot put with a mark of 18.73 meters (61-05.50).
