BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - IU head coach Felisha Legette-Jack announced on Friday, Jan. 2 that sophomore guard Haylie Linn has been suspended indefinitely from the Indiana women's basketball team for behavior detrimental to the team.
Linn (Madison, Wis./Edgewood) has played in nine games for the Hoosiers this season, averaging 1.3 points per game and totaling four rebounds, three assists and two steals.
"We have high expectations for our women's basketball program," said Legette-Jack. "Haylie has not met our standards at this time. We believe that Haylie will reflect on her behavior and make the necessary changes so that she can rejoin our team as soon as possible."
