Indiana Continues Strong Showing at Florida Gulf Coast Shootout

FT. MYERS, Fla. – Indiana continued competition in the Florida Gulf Coast Shootout on Tuesday, matching up with Florida Gulf Coast University for the second day. Louisville will join the round robin competition later in the week. The shootout pits FGCU, Indiana and Louisville against each other in a week-long individual tournament between the three teams. The individual and doubles team with the best record at the end of the week will be named tournament champion.
Several Hoosiers remained undefeated in the tournament, winning all of there matches on the day. Sophomores Lachlan Ferguson and J. Julius Bolock remained undefeated, each winning one match on the day. Freshmen Maxime Armengaud, Jonathan Schroeder, Stephen Vogl and Will Kendall also protected there undefeated record against the Eagles.
