Knight Named Big Ten Men's Swimmer of the Week

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - After picking up three individual victories in a dual meet win at Northwestern, junior Titus Knight was named the Big Ten Men's Swimmer of the Week, the conference office announced Tuesday.
Knight's three wins helped lead Indiana to a 167-131 dual meet victory at Northwestern to open the 2009-10 campaign. He touched the wall first in the 200 free with a time of 1:39.30. Knight added a second win with a time of 45.44 in the 100 free, and finished with a winning time of 4:31.12 in the 500 free. Knight closed the meet by anchoring the winning 200 free relay team to a time of 1:22.60.
The Hoosiers return to action this weekend (Oct. 30-31) as they head to Austin, Texas to take on both Texas and Michigan.
