Tuesday's Game Against IPFW Postponed

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Tuesday's contest between the Indiana baseball team and IPFW has been postponed due to poor field conditions. Game officials will re-evaluate the field on Tuesday with the hope of the two teams playing on Wednesday. Check in with IUHoosiers.com for further updates.

The Hoosiers opened the 2009 season by going 2-1 at the Big Ten/BIG EAST Challenge in the greater Tampa area. Indiana defeated Georgetown (12-4) and USF (9-7) at the event while falling to West Virginia (14-4).

IU will travel to Clarksville, Tenn., for the Austin Peay Invitational this weekend. The Hoosiers face Ball State, Austin Peay and Cleveland State in the three-day event. Live audio and stats are available for all contests through IUHoosiers.com.
