March Through March with IU Women's Basketball

The Hoosiers will face either Dayton or Oakland in the second round of the WNIT on Sunday, March 22 at 2 p.m. ET.

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Indiana women's basketball team will hold an open practice on Friday, March 20 for fans to March through March with the Hoosiers as they begin their journey to the 2009 Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT) championship.

Friday's practice will be held in Assembly Hall from 2-4 p.m., with a scrimmage from 3-4 p.m., followed by an autograph session.

The Hoosiers, who received a first round bye, open WNIT second round action on Sunday, March 22, when they host the winner of the Dayton/Oakland game at 2 p.m. ET in Assembly Hall. To purchase tickets, contact the IU Ticket Office at 1-866-IUSports. Tickets for Sunday's game are $6 for adults and $4 for children and IU students.
